- Property and service details: residential or listing address and access instructions where needed to deliver the service;
- Payment-related information: billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers); and
- Technical and usage data: device, browser, approximate location (e.g. from IP), and analytics events where you consent or where permitted by law.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- provide, schedule, and improve our services (including coordination between hosts and cleaners);
- communicate with you about bookings, operational updates, and support;
- process payments and prevent fraud;
- maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and analyse usage to improve the product; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We will not use or disclose your personal information for direct marketing without your consent (or another lawful basis under the APPs).
4. Disclosure to third parties
We may share information with service providers who help us operate KleenTurn, including:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, and related infrastructure; and
- Vercel — website and application hosting.
These providers may process data in Australia and/or overseas. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle it in accordance with the APPs, where required.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, performance, and analytics. This includes Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site, and functional cookies needed for features such as preferences and security.
