Last updated: 7 April 2026 · KleenTurn (ABN 91 696 736 357)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by KleenTurn (“we”, “us”) in Australia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

KleenTurn coordinates short-stay property turnover operations, including scheduling and communication related to Airbnb and similar short-stay changeovers (for example, cleaning, linen, and handover coordination as described in your booking or service agreement). We are a coordination platform; individual services may be performed by independent contractors or partners as agreed.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register or book. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

4. Payments

Fees are as quoted at checkout or in your written agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we specify. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your nominated payment method for agreed amounts, including taxes where applicable.

5. Cancellations

Unless a different period is stated in your booking confirmation or service agreement, cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service time to avoid fees. Late cancellations may incur charges as disclosed at booking.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law:

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

Our website, branding, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to KleenTurn. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. You may stop using our services at any time; provisions that reasonably should survive (including liability limits, governing law, and disputes) will survive termination.

9. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia sitting in Victoria.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
